58 aged, is the CEO and the founder of PT. Harmoni Drilling Services. In 1975, obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from  Institute Technology Mara (now known as University Technology Mara). There after within 2 (two) years has been working for Bechtel Incorporated as a Project Cost Engineer and in 1980 acquired a Degree Bachelor of science in Petroleum Engineering Louisiana Tech University, USA.

Later 1981-1996 he was employed by Mobil Oil Indonesia (now Exxon Mobil), an posted for career development of rotating position in various Departments i.e. Drilling, Engineering, Finance, Procurement and Internal Audit to fast track and widen his knowledge and skills.

Since 1996-2002, worked as consultant in the Onshore & Offshore Drilling Operation in region and overseas and later in 2002-2007 was appointed by China Offshore Services Limited (COSL) as pioneer Representative in Indonesia.  Provision  the  Drilling  Offshore  Jack  Up  Rig  Bohai-4  and Semisubmersible Rig Nanhai-2 and based on learning curved for 5 (five) years has able to maintain a close rapport with the principals and business partnership as well as having a sound understanding of entrepreneurship.

2009 has been graduated a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He joined with PT.Harmoni Drilling Services after completing his expertise Drilling School from MIGAS Center Indonesia in 2009, he Has a good knowledge of oil & gas standard practices of rig operations  and familiar with all types drilling equipment . Prior to assigned as COO he held various positions from Safety Engineer of PT.Harmoni Drilling Services, assigned as Rig Inspector with Migas for Jack Up Rig Naga 2 belong to UMW in 2009,  and while harmoni awarding drilling contract of provision semisubmersible rig by conoco phillips he assigned as Project Engineer in 2010, he also have experience work with Hercules Offshore for Jack Rig H- 208 2011-2013 , and he assigned as Project Engineer for developing subsea wells at Pertamina Bluesky Langsa Ltd 2014.

He  honorable  commitment  to  provide  opportunities  for  continuous improvement for all personnel and assets and he has a strong leadership in Coaching, Mentoring, HS&E, Budget, Team work and expect the same of all Subordinates and Operations. He has proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order  to  maximize  company  profitability  and  efficiency.  Possessing excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

In 2005 he has obtained a Degree Bachelor of Economic in Management and in period 2006-2008 has started his beginning career as Administration and Accounting Coordinator during construction of Jack-Up Rig CJ46 Naga2 in Shipyard Pan United Batam.

In 2009 his beginning career for the position of Senior Accountant with PT.Harmoni for the primary responsibility of supervision the Account Receivable and the Account Payable and the Tax Accounting.

He has been trained / obtained a formal course of Applied Tax Regulation in Oil & Gas Activity, Financial Analyst and the Workshop  Local Content SKKMigas Regulations, Formalities Expatriates Legal Document Procedures, Export-Import  Procedure  Concept  Strategy  &  Implementation, Management Payroll, and Applied Tax Regulations in BUT and KPA.

In 2005 he has obtained a Degree Bachelor of Science in Management Information. In period 2006-2008 has been worked for Drilling Land Rig Contractor as a Logistic Coordinator.

In 2009 his beginning career with PT.Harmoni as a Support Service Manager for primary responsibility of supervision the Local Crew Coordinator, Logistic Coordinator and Formalities in Offshore Operation the Jack Up Rig Naga2 and Semisubmersible Wildcat Rig and the MS Jack Up Rig Hercules 208.

He has been trained and taken a formal course for the compentency of SKKMigas  PTK-007  (rev.2),  Formalities-Expatriates  Legal  Document Procedures, Offshore Fundamentals HSE Introduction, Import Procedure Concept,  Strategy  &  Implementation  and  Government  Manpower Regulations & Policy.
